中文摘要: 目的 观察炎列平冲剂联合法罗培南片治疗IIIA型慢性前列腺炎的的临床疗效。方法 选取符合IIIA型慢性前列腺炎诊断的患者86例，随机分为治疗组44例（服用炎列平冲剂加口服法罗培南钠片）和对照组42例（单纯服用炎列平冲剂），一个疗程后，观测中医证候评分，前列腺液镜检白细胞变化以及总体疗效情况。结果 治疗组和对照组组内前后对比中医证候的改善均有显著性差异(P＜0.05)，其中，尿道涩痛、少腹疼痛和会阴不适通过组间治疗后比较，差别有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；前列腺液镜检白细胞治疗前后明显改善；两组经治疗后评价总体疗效治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论 炎列平冲剂联合法罗培南片治疗IIIA型慢性前列腺炎疗效确切，优于单纯应用炎列平冲剂治疗。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy on the Treatment of type IIIA chronic prostatitis by Yanlieping granules” combined with faropenem tablets. METHODS 86 chronic type IIIA prostatitis were randomized separate into two groups: treatment group in which 44 cases were treated by Yanlieping granules combined with faropenem tablets, and control group in which were 42 cases were only treated by Yanlieping granules. After a course of treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, the microscopic examination of prostatic fluid leukocytes and overall efficacy were observed. RESULTS TCM syndromes scores showed significant improvement in the treatment group and the control group (P＜0.05)).
Among them, the urethra and relieve pain, abdominal pain, perineal discomfort showed statistically significant compared with the control group(P＜0.05); the microscopic examination of prostatic fluid leukocytes were significantly improved; after treatment, overall efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P＜0.05). CONCLUSION Yanlieping granules combined with faropenem tablets had positive effect on the treatment of type IIIA chronic prostatitis, which was better than simple application of Yanlieping granules.
