中文摘要: 目的 探讨心脉隆注射液联合左西孟旦治疗慢性心力衰竭（CHF）的临床应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2016年1月—2019年4月在赣州市赣县区人民医院进行治疗的CHF患者95例分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=40)，对照组给予左西孟旦治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加心脉隆注射液静脉滴注治疗。治疗后对两组患者的临床疗效、心功能指标和不良反应发生率进行统计比较。结果 观察组临床总有效率为92.73%，高于对照组患者的75.00%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 治疗后两组患者的左室射血分数(LVEF)高于治疗前，且观察组高于对照组，而治疗后两组患者的左室收缩末径(LVESD)、左室舒张末径(LVEDD)均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.36%，对照组为12.50%，组间比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论 心脉隆注射液联合左西孟旦治疗CHF疗效较好，能够改善患者的心功能指标，安全性好，临床应用价值高。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect of Xinmailong injection combined with levosimendan in the treatment of CHF. METHODS 95 CHF patients treated in target hospital from January 2016 to April 2019 were divided into observation group (n=55) and control group (n=40) by random number table method. The control group was treated with levosimendan. The observation group was treated by intravenous drip of Xinmailong injection on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the clinical efficacy, cardiac function and the incidence of adverse reaction were compared between these two groups. RESULTS The total clinical effective rate was 92.73% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group, there was significant difference between these two groups (2=5.792,P＜0.05). After treatment, the LVEF of these two groups was higher than that before treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group; the LVESD and LVEDD of these two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.36% in the observation group and 12.50% in the control group. There was no significant difference between these two groups(P＞0.05). CONCLUSION Xinmailong injection combined with levosimendan was effective in the treatment of CHF, which could improve the cardiac function of patients, had good safety and high clinical value.
