中文摘要: 目的 了解失智老人对医疗康复服务的需求和利用现状，为优化失智老人照护服务和探索有效的社区照 护模式提供参考。方法 采用便利抽样方案，选取2017年3—10月在宁波市某三级医疗机构就诊的138名失智老 人及其照护者为研究对象，进行问卷调查。结果 15.9%的失智老人做过康复治疗，主要康复机构为市级公立医 院；家庭医生上门开展服务的比例为 34.3%，而 95.5%的老人希望家庭医生能够定期上门开展服务。结论 失智 老人康复服务利用率较低，家庭医生式服务的利用与需求之间存在较大差距。推动社区康复能力建设，推行家庭 医生式医疗服务，是提高社区失智老人照护水平的有效途径。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To acknowledge the present situation of the demands and utilization of the rehabilitation medical services for the senile dementia patients. METHODS we investigated 138 senile dementia patients and their caregivers visiting a tertiary hospital from 2017.03 to 2017.10 at Ningbo using a self- designed questionnaires. RESULTS The percentage of utilization of rehabilitation medical services of senile dementia patients was 15.9%. The proportion of family doctors providing door-to-door medical services was 34.3%. However 95.5% of residents hoped to be visited by family doctors regularly. CONCLUSION The utilization of rehabilitation medical services among the senile dementia patients was low. There was a gap between the utilization and demands of the medical services giving by family doctors. Strengthen the capability of community providing the rehabilitation medical service and promoting the prevalence of family doctor-based medical services are effective ways to improve the care of the senile dementia patients.
