中文摘要: 目的 分析 2015－2018年佛山市三水区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI) 监测数据，为加强免疫规划管理提供依据。方法 采用Excel和SPSS软件，对监测数据进行描述性统计分析。结果 2015－2018 年三水区共报告AEFI 病例377 例，4年总体报告率为28.30/10万剂次，多数发生在1岁以下年龄组，8～＜18岁组最低。在153例1岁以下报告AEFI中，8月龄儿童占比最高，达22.88%，其次为6月龄儿童，占11.76%。AEFI病例局部反应占49.86%，局部红肿和结节各分别占34.21%和15.65%。全身反应以发热为主，占56.76%；涉及各种过敏反应占16.71%；有哭闹、皮疹、瘙痒等其他全身症状者占18.30%。属于一般反应者占75.07%，属于异常反应者占18.04%，偶合症占6.63%。有7例属于严重反应。根据AEFI产生各种症状数量对疫苗进行了排序。结论 三水区 AEFI 监测结果在一定程度上反映疫苗的安全风险，尤其关注产生多种AEFI反应和严重反应的疫苗，有必要持续加强AEFI 监测，及时发现潜在存在疫苗安全问题。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the monitoring data of suspected abnormal vaccination response (AEFI) in Sanshui district of Foshan from 2015 to 2018 and provide basis for strengthening the management of immunization planning. METHODS Using Excel and SPSS software, the monitoring data were analyzed by descriptive statistics. RESULTS From 2015 to 2018, 377 cases of AEFI were reported in Sanshui district, with an overall reporting rate of 28.30/100000 doses in the four years, most of them occurred in the age group under one year old, the lowest in the age group of 8-18 years old. Among the 153 AEFI cases under 1 year old, the proportion of 8-month-old children was the highest (22.88%), followed by 6-month-old children (11.76%). Local reaction accounted for 49.86%, local swelling and nodule accounted for 34.21% and 15.65% respectively. The main systemic reactions were fever (56.76%), allergic reactions (16.71%), crying, rash and pruritus (18.30%). 75.07% of them belonged to general reaction, 18.04% to abnormal reaction and 6.63% to coupling disease. Seven cases were serious reactions. The vaccines were sequenced according to the number of AEFI symptoms. CONCLUSION AEFI monitoring results in Sanshui district reflect the safety risks of vaccines to a certain extent, especially for vaccines that produce multiple AEFI reactions and severe reactions. It is necessary to strengthen AEFI monitoring and find potential vaccine safety problems in time.
