中文摘要: 目的 探讨慢性牙周炎维护治疗中使用派丽奥的效果。方法 按照随机数字表法将80例慢性牙周炎病人随机分成两组，每组各40例。研究对象均行牙周洁刮治和根面平整，其中，对照组给予基础治疗；观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用派丽奥进行维护治疗。分别于治疗后3个月、6个月记录两组牙龈沟出血指数(SBI)和菌斑指数(PLI)及牙周袋探诊深度(PD)。记录两组缺失牙数目。结果 两组研究对象治疗后PLI、SBI及PD较治疗前明显下降，且观察组各项指标下降较对照组显著(P＜0.05)。两组研究对象治疗后年平均缺失牙数目较治疗前明显减少，且观察组减少数目较对照组明显(P＜0.05)。结论 慢性牙周炎病人维护治疗中使用派丽奥有助于更好的改善病人牙周环境，稳定其牙周组织状态，降低牙齿脱落。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of using Perio in the maintenance and treatment of chronic periodontitis. METHODS 80 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. All subjects underwent periodontal cleansing and root planing, in which the control group received basic treatment; the observation group was treated with Pelio for maintenance treatment based on the control group. The gingival sulcus index (SBI) and plaque index (PLI) and periodontal pocket probing depth (PD) were recorded at 3 and 6 months after treatment. The number of missing teeth in the two groups was recorded.RESULTS The PLI, SBI and PD of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05). The average number of missing teeth in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment, and the number of reduction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).CONCLUSION The use of Parylene in the maintenance and treatment of patients with chronic periodontitis can help to improve the periodontal environment of patients, stabilize their periodontal tissue and reduce tooth loss.
