中文摘要: 目的 观察瑞舒伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平片对社区老年高血压患者血脂水平及炎症因子的影响。方法 选取2015年8月—2018年8月在上海市虹口区四川北路街道社区卫生服务中心接受治疗的高血压患者379例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组179例采用氨氯地平片治疗，观察组200例采用瑞舒伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组患者血脂水平及炎症水平变化。结果 在治疗3个月后，观察组总有效率为90.50%，对照组为81.60%，观察组显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗前两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、CRP、IL-4、IL-10和TNF-α水平无统计学差异（P＞0.05），经3个月治疗后，观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP、IL-4和TNF-α水平显著下降，且低于对照组；HDL-C、IL-10水平显著提高，并高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 瑞舒伐他汀钙联合氨氯地平片对老年高血压患者血脂治疗有良好的疗效，降低CRP、IL-4和TNF-α水平，提高IL-10水平，值得临床推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the distribution and equity of Chinese medicine health service utilization in 2017, and to explore the influence of control variables and needed variables on the equity of Chinese medicine health service utilization. METHODS The standardization demand and the concentration index method were used to measure and analyze the equity of the utilization of Chinese medicine health services. RESULTS The distribution of Chinese medicine outpatient service utilization in different economic level provinces was quite different. The concentration index of actual utilization, expected utilization and standardization utilization were 0.208, 0.138, and 0.096, respectively, indicating that there were unequity in provinces with higher economic levels. The distribution of inpatient services in Chinese medicine was relatively balanced. The concentration index of actual utilization, expected utilization and standardization utilization were 0.027, 0.053, and -0.036, respectively, and the equity was well. The contribution rate of the needed variables to the unfair utilization of Chinese medicine health services was higher than the contribution rate of the control variables. CONCLUSION The utilization of Chinese medicine health services in the middle-level provinces of China needed to be strengthened. The equity of in-patient service utilization of Chinese medicine was better than that of Chinese medicine outpatient services, and the needs for variable factors had a greater impact on the unfairness of Chinese medicine outpatient service utilization.
