中文摘要: 目的 研究辽宁省基层医疗机构健康管理原发性高血压患者现状，为规范健康管理高血压患者提供科学依据。方法 按照城乡常住居民人均可支配收入选择7个市，每个市抽取2家城乡基层医疗机构所有在管原发高血压患者为研究对象。结果 在管患者中血压控制率为78.51%，年龄在65岁以上的患者血压控制率较高(P<0.05)。患者的血压控制率与其本人吸烟、饮酒、体质指数(BMI)和运动习惯相关(P<0.05)，患者使用中西药复方制剂、中药和保健品的比例与收入高低呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 辽宁省基层医疗机构健康管理原发高血压患者取得相当不错的效果，但还需要提高综合管理服务质量。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the health management with essential hypertension patients in primary medical institutions in Liaoning Province.METHODS According the per capita disposable income of residents.Two primary medical institutions were selected as the research object in every city.RESULTS Among all the paticipants,effective boold pressure control rate was78.51% ，Patients over 65 years old have a high rate of blood pressure control(P<0.05).The blood pressure control rate was related to smoking, drinking,BMI and exercise habit(P<0.05).The proportion of patients using Chinese and Western medicine compound preparation, Chinese medicine and health care products is negatively related to their income(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The health management of essential hypertension patients in primary health care institutions of LiaoNing province has achieved considerable results.Need to improve the quality of management services.
