中文摘要: 目的 探讨社区护士在“1+1+1”家庭医生签约服务中的助手作用。方法 选取1 200例社区居民进行研究，均签约“1+1+1”家庭医生签约服务，比较引入前、后签约家庭医生的利用情况、年就诊次数和月复诊次数等。结果 引入后，签约居民对家庭医生的有效利用率明显高于引入前，P＜0.05。引入社区护士后居民就诊频次明显少于引入前次，月复诊次数明显低于引入前，P＜0.05。引入社区护士后社区居民年均药费为(2 351.84±127.93)元明显少于引入前(2 579.72±226.41)元，P＜0.05。引入社区护士后，签约居民满意度明显高于引入前，P＜0.05。结论 社区护士在“1+1+1”家庭医生签约服务中具有较好效果。

Abstract:Abstract OBJECTIVE To explore the role of community nurses in signing services for “1+1+1”family doctors.METHODS 1,200 community residents were selected for the study. All of them signed the "1 + 1 + 1" family doctor contracting service, and compared the utilization of family doctors before and after the introduction, the number of annual consultations and the number of monthly follow-ups.RESULTS After the introduction, the effective utilization rate of the family doctors by the signatory residents was significantly higher than before the introduction, P<0.05. After the introduction of community nurses, the frequency of residents' visits was significantly less than before the introduction, and the number of monthly follow-up visits was significantly lower than before the introduction, P＜0.05. After the introduction of community nurses, the average annual drug cost of community residents was (2 351.84±127.93) yuan, which was significantly less than (2 579.72±226.41) yuan before introduction, P＜0.05. After the introduction of community nurses, the satisfaction of signatory residents was significantly higher than before the introduction, P＜0.05.CONCLUSION The community nurse has a good effect in the service of "1+1+1" family doctor contract.
