中文摘要: 目的 探索血清铁蛋白与神经系统发育情况的相关性。方法 收集 2018年 1月 1日—2019年 12月 31日 在广东省妇幼保健院儿童保健科进行常规保健的共1003名6~18月龄婴幼儿血清铁蛋白数值及其中国儿童发育量 表(新版儿心量表)测评五大能区得分。结果 6~18月龄男童血清铁蛋白水平低于女童(38.38?30.46&46.64? 37.34,P<0.001);女童语言发育商高于男童(94.99?11.27&93.08?11.18,P=0.008);各能区发育商随年龄呈变化 趋势,大动作发育商:6~9月龄、9~12月龄<12~18月龄;适应能力发育商:6~9月龄>12~18月龄、9~12月龄; 语言发育商:6~9月龄>9~12月龄>12~18月龄;社交行为发育商:6~9月龄>9~12月龄>12~18月龄;血清铁蛋 白浓度与近两个月的各能区发育商相关性无统计学意义。结论 需多关注男童血清铁蛋白水平及语言发育能力, 血清铁蛋白水平与近两个月的各能区发育商相关性无统计学意义。
Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between serum ferritin and neurological development. Methods: A total of 1003 children aged 6 to 18 months who underwent routine health care in the Children's Health Department of Guangdong Women And Children Hospital from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2019 and their Chinese Child Development Scale were collected. (The new version of the Children's Heart Scale) measures the scores of the five ability regions. Results: Serum ferritin levels in boys from 6 to 18 months were lower than girls (38.38 ± 30.46 & 46.64 ± 37.34, p <0.001); the language development quotient of girls was higher than boys (94.99 ± 11.27 & 93.08 ± 11.18, p = 0.008); the developmental quotient of each ability area changes with age. The large-movement development quotient: 6 to 9 months of age, 9 to 12 months of age <12 to 18 months of age; adaptive ability development quotient: 6 to 9 months of age> 12 ~ 18 months old, 9-12 months old; Language development quotient: 6-9 months old> 9-12 months old> 12-18 months old; Social behavior development quotient: 6-9 months old> 9-12 months old> 12 to 18 months of age; there was no statistically significant correlation between serum ferritin concentration and the developmental quotient of each energy region in the past two months. Conclusions: It is necessary to pay more attention to the serum ferritin level and language development ability of boys. There is no statistically significant correlation between serum ferritin level and the development quotient of each energy region in the past two months.
