中文摘要: 目的 研究系统式集体音乐治疗（systematic group music therapy，SGMT）模式对社区精神分裂症患者的负性心理 及阳性阴性精神症状的影响。方法 按系统抽样方法抽取160例病例，按1∶1配对，80例为干预组，另80例为对照组。对干 预组实施 SGMT干预，对照组接受常规社区精神病康复管理。使用三种量表作为评价工具。结果 在实施干预后的第 18个 月，干预组的焦虑、抑郁平均得分均比对照组平均得分降低（P＜0.05）；干预组阳性阴性症状量表总分、分量表平均分得分与 对照组比较均降低，且存在差异，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 实施 SGMT干预，能有效地改善社区分裂症患者焦虑、 抑郁症状，且能改善其阳性阴性精神症状。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of systematic group music therapy (SGMT) on negative psychology and positive and negative psychiatric symptomsin community schizophrenics.METHODS a total of 160 cases were selected by systematic sampling method and matched by 1:1, with 80 cases in the intervention group and 80 cases in the control group. SGMT intervention was administered to the intervention group, and the control group received regular community psychiatric rehabilitation management. Hamilton depression scale (HAMD-17), Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) were used to evaluate the scores of anxiety, depressive symptoms and positive and negative symptoms in the two groups before and at the 18th month after intervention.RESULTS in the 18th month after the intervention, the average scores of anxiety and depression in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (allP<0.05).The total score of the positive and negative symptom scale and the average score of the subscale in the intervention group were all lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P <0.05).CONCLUSION SGMT intervention can effectively improve anxiety and depression symptoms in patients with community schizophrenia, and also can improve their positive and negative psychiatric symptoms.
