慢性病患者对社区健康管理的接受情况及 满意度调查

中文摘要: 目的 了解上海市闵行区高血压和糖尿病患者对社区健康管理的接受情况及满意度,为提高管理质量提供参考依 据。方法 对门诊就诊的慢性病患者和近3个月接受慢性病管理的患者进行问卷调查,共完成有效问卷1617份,选择25例低 满意度患者进行定性访谈。结果 门诊患者慢性病健康管理接受率为75.3%;24.0%的管理对象接受了管理但自己不清楚。患 者对慢性病健康管理的总体满意度高,达 82.8%,但对社区医生专业技术水平、生活方式指导以及心理疏导的满意度相对较 低。结论 该地区的慢性病管理被大多数慢性病患者认可,但仍有不足之处,建议多途径宣传慢性病患者管理服务和相关知 识,以提高患者的知晓率;加强社区医生专业能力的培养,进一步提升慢性病管理服务质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the hypertensive and diabetic patients’ acceptance and satisfaction of community health management in order to provide reference for improving the quality of health management. METHORDS A total of 1617 valid questionnaires were completed for the outpatients with chronic diseases and the chronic patients who received health management in the last three months. 25 patients with low satisfaction were selected for qualitative interviews. RESULTS The outpatients’ acceptation rate of health management was 75.3%. 24.0% of the management objects accepted health management but they were not aware of it. Patients’ overall satisfaction rate of health management was relatively high which achieved 82.8%, but the satisfaction of community doctors’ professional skills, lifestyle guidance and psychological counseling was relatively low. CONCLUSION The health management was recognized by the majority of patients with chronic diseases in the district. It was necessary to publicize the health management service and the related knowledge in many ways, so as to improve the patients’ awareness of health management. In addition, we should strengthen the training of community doctors’ professional skills in order to further improve the quality of health management.
