Abstract:The aging of the population has brought about a sharp increase in the demand for medical services for the elderly. Promot⁃ ing and realizing the full integration of old-age services and medical services in old-age institutions is one of the important measures to solve the current problem of aging population. The state has put in place a number of policies to ensure the development of medical services by nursing institutions, but there are still some probl policy coordination among government departments, professional develop⁃ ment of service personnel, standardization of service project supply, and input of operating capital cost, etc. On this basis, suggestions are put forward to establish and improve the management system of integrated medical care and nursing institutions, accelerate the for⁃ mation of a diversified pattern of providing integrated medical care and nursing services, promote the comprehensive integration and in⁃ tegration of nursing services and medical services, increase the investment channels for benefiting the elderly people in institutions, and strengthen the training and training of talents for the nursing service in integrated medical care and nursing institutions, in order to improve the safeguard mechanism of medical service supply ability in nursing institutions.
