山西省贫困地区乡村医生离职意愿影响因素调查*

中文摘要: 目的 分析山西省乡村医生流失原因,为山西省制定乡村医生政策和精准培养提供建议。方法 采用分层随机抽样 法对山西省 3个地区 254名乡村医生进行横断面调查,通过卡方检验和多因素回归分析贫困地区乡村医生离职意愿的影响因 素。结果 (1)与非贫困地区相比,贫困地区乡村医生离职意愿较高;(2)两组工作情况在入户访视人次、公共卫生服务占比有 明显差异(P<0.05),贫困地区收入水平及养老保障较非贫困地区有所差别;(3)回归分析显示,学历、月收入和每月巡诊时间 是影响山西省贫困地区乡村医生离职意愿的主要因素。结论 山西省贫困地区乡村医生较非贫困地区离职意愿高,影响其离 职意愿的主要因素是学历、月收入和每月巡诊时间。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the reasons for the loss of rural doctors in Shanxi Province, and provide suggestions for the policy and precise training of rural doctors in Shanxi Province. METHODS Stratified random sampling was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey on 254 rural doctors in 3 areas of Shanxi Province. RESULTS (1)Compared with non-dis⁃ tressed areas, rural doctors in distressed areas have higher turnover intention. (2)Significant differences were reflected be⁃ tween the two groups in the number of household visits(P<0.05), the proportion of public health services and the num⁃ ber of residents under their jurisdiction, however, the income and basic endowment insurance in distressed areas were not in direct proportion. (3)Regression analysis showed that education background, monthly income and monthly tour time were the main factors affecting the loss of rural doctors in poor areas of Shanxi Province. CONCLUSION Rural doctors in distressed areas of Shanxi province were more willing to leave their jobs than those in non-distressed areas. The main factors that affected their development and stability were education background, monthly income and monthly visit time.
