急性缺血性脑卒中Hcy及NT-proBNP与神经功能相关性

中文摘要: 目的 研究急性缺血性脑卒中患者同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与神经功能的相关 性。方法 选取 2017年 1月—2018年 12月进行治疗的急性缺血性脑卒中患者 65例为研究组,并选择同期健康者 65例为对照 组。分析研究组不同神经功能缺损程度评分(CSS),血清中HCY、NT-proBNP水平及其与CSS的关系。结果 研究组血清中 Hcy、NT-proBNP 水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组随着脑损伤程度加重,血清中 HCY、 NT-proBNP水平升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者血清 HCY、NT-proBNP水平同 CSS为正相关关系(r分 别为 0.359、0.328,均 P<0.05)。结论 急性缺血性脑卒中患者血清中 Hcy、NT-proBNP水平会随着神经缺损的程度增加而 提升,且血清中Hcy、NT-proBNP水平同神经缺损程度呈正相关关系。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the levels of homocysteine(Hcy), amino-terminal brain natri⁃ uretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and neural function in patients with acute ischemic stroke. METHODS 65 cases patients with acute ischemic stroke treated from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study group, and 65 healthy in⁃ dividuals were selected as the control group. The serum levels of HCY and NT-proBNP in different neurological deficit scores(CSS)of the study group and their relationship with CSS were analyzed. RESULTS The serum levels of Hcy and NT-proBNP in the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05); with the aggravation of brain injury in the study group, the serum levels of HCY and NT-proBNP increased, and the difference was statistically signifi⁃ cant(P<0.05); serum HCY and NT-proBNP levels were positively correlated with CSS in the study group(r=0.59, 0.328, P<0.05). CONCLUSION The serum levels of Hcy and NT-proBNP in patients with acute ischemic stroke increased with the increase of the degree of nerve defect, and the serum levels of Hcy and NT-proBNP were positively correlated with the degree of nerve defect.
