Abstract:Abstract Community prevention and control played a significant role in fighting COVID-19, but community governance also exposed some problems and shortcomings. As a consortium of health service providers in the community, community health service network is an important development path for building healthy communities, which is conducive to the integration of service resources, the optimization of departmental coordination, the realization of functional complementarity, and the maximum health output of residents. Combined with community prevention and control of COVID-19, it aims to analyze the establishment of a collaborative and complementary community health service network in the post-epidemic era from the perspective of healthy communities by SWOT, so as to provide references for further strengthening the overall emergency response capability of major public health emergencies, governance capability and governance system.
