中文摘要: 目的 探讨二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖对2型糖尿病（T2MD）患者血糖、血脂及血液流变等指标的影响。方法 搜集131例T2MD患者，依据用药不同分为二甲双胍组（n=43）、阿卡波糖组（n=43）和联合组（n=45），分析三组患者治疗前后血糖、血脂及血液流变指标，评价临床效果。结果 联合组患者治疗后血糖及血脂各指标均低于单一用药组，且血液流变指标较单一药物应用显著改善（P＜0.05）。联合用药有效率93.3%，显著高于单一药物治疗。结论 二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗T2MD疗效显著，可有效改善患者血糖、血脂水平，降低患者血液黏度，改善血液流变指标，值得临床推广。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the effect of metformin combined with acarbose on blood glucose, blood lipid and hemorheology in type 2 diabetic patients.METHODS 131 T2MD patients were collected and divided into metformin group (n=43), acarbose group (n = 43), and combination group (n=45) according to different medication.Analyze blood glucose, blood lipid, and blood rheological indexes of the three groups of patients before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical effect. RESULTS After treatment, patients in the combination group had lower blood glucose and blood lipid indexes than the single-medicine group, and their hemorheological indexes were significantly improved compared with the single-drug application（P＜0.05）.The combined efficacy of 93.3% was significantly higher than that of single drug treatment. CONCLUSION Metformin combined with acarbose has a significant effect on T2MD, which can effectively improve patients 'blood glucose and blood lipid levels, reduce patients' blood viscosity, and improve blood rheological indexes, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
