中文摘要: 目的 评价氟伐他汀联合贝那普利在维持房颤窦性心律中发挥的上游治疗作用。方法 研究组给予贝那普利10 mg每日晨起口服、氟伐他汀80 mg睡前口服；对照组给予氟伐他汀80 mg睡前口服。分别在治疗后1个月、6个月和12 个月对患者进行随访，评价窦性心律的维持效果，并检测患者左心房前后径、射血分数、血脂、肝功和血压等变化。结果 53例患者中，房颤复发率比较：治疗6个月、12个月后研究组复发率低于对照组;左心房前后径、射血分数、血脂、血压等方面比较：两组左房前后径、射血分数、治疗后与治疗前相比较无统计学意义;研究组和对照组总胆固醇、甘油三脂、低密度脂蛋白降低，高密度脂蛋白升高;两组患者血压治疗后组间比较有统计学差异。结论 氟伐他汀联合贝那普利能减少持续性房颤复发，对阵发性房颤复发无明显影响。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study is to evaluate fluvastatin combined with benazepril role in maintaining sinus rhythm.METHODS Study group received benazepril 10mg/day morning, fluvastatin 80mg/day at bedtime, in the control group patients received fluvastatin 80mg/day at bedtime. Respectively after 1, 6, 12 months of treatment, patients were followed up to evaluate the effect of maintaining sinus rhythm and to detect patients’ changes of left atrial size, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), blood lipids, liver function and blood pressure. RESULTS Total of 53 patients,Comparison of recurrence rate:1.After 6 months, recurrence rate with persistent atrial fibrillation is lower of the study group than control group;Comparison of left atrial size, LVEF, blood lipids and blood pressur:Left atrial size、LVEF of patients in the two groups had no significant difference after treatment;the total cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein decreased and high density lipoprotein increased in both groups;After treatment the blood pressure had significant difference between the two groups. CONCLUSION Combination therapy using of fluvastatin and benazepril can reduce the recurrence of persistent atrial fibrillation, but can not effect on the recurrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
