中文摘要: 目的 应用耳穴贴敷及内服药物治疗“肝郁痰凝证”乳腺增生并观察其临床疗效。方法200例乳腺增生“肝郁痰凝证”患者，随机分组，治疗组及对照组各100例。治疗组患者耳穴按压“肝、乳腺、内分泌”及口服乳核散结片4片，一日3次，月经结束开始服用，经期将至停服。对照组内患者仅口服乳核散结片4片，一日3次，月经结束开始服用，经期将至停服。一个经期即为一个疗程，连续治疗3个疗程。两组患者一个疗程随访一次，连续随访三个疗程，结束用药后3个月后再随访，观察每次疗效及疼痛变化情况。结果 耳穴配合内服对肝郁痰凝证乳腺增生病的优效性研究显示，治疗组乳腺增生患者乳房疼痛指数高于对照组患者，治疗后其有效性也高于对照组患者。结论 治疗组耳穴按压“肝、乳腺、内分泌”及口服乳核散结片是治疗“肝郁痰凝型”乳腺增生病的有效方法。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of auricular point application and internal medicine on the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland. METHODS 200 patients with hyperplasia of mammary gland were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group. In the treatment group, four pieces of RuheSanjie tablet, three times one day, and"liver, mammary gland, endocrine" were pressed by ear points, and they were taken at the end of menstruation. The patients in the control group took 4 tablets of RuheSanjie tablet three times a day. They began to take it after menstruation and stopped taking it until menstruation. A period of menstruation is a course of treatment, three courses of continuous treatment. The patients in the two groups were followed up once a course of treatment, three courses in a row, and three months after the end of the treatment, then followed up to observe the effect of each time and the change of pain. RESULTS the effect of auricular point and internal treatment on the hyperplasia of mammary gland was better in the treatment group than in the control group. CONCLUSION in the treatment group, auricular point pressing "liver, mammary gland, endocrine" and oral RuheSanjie tablet are effective methods for the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland.
