中文摘要: 目的 探讨脑心通胶囊联合针灸治疗脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的疗效。方法 将2018年2月—2020年1月我院收治的120例脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍患者随机分为A组、B组和C组。三组患者均接受吞咽功能训练，在此基础上A组患者给予脑心通治疗，B组患者给予针灸治疗，C组患者给予脑心通联合针灸治疗。比较三组患者治疗前、治疗1个周期后和治疗2个周期后洼田饮水试验评分、藤岛吞咽疗效评价评分；比较三组患者治疗1个周期后和治疗2个周期后的疗效及并发症。结果 治疗1个周期后和治疗2个周期后，C组患者洼田饮水试验评分、藤岛吞咽疗效评价评分均高于A组、B组(P<0.05)；C组患者总有效率高于A组、B组(P<0.05)；三组患者并发症总发生率比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 脑心通胶囊联合针灸治疗脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍的疗效显著，能够缓解脑梗死后吞咽功能障碍，同时不增加并发症和不良反应发生率，患者耐受度较好，能够明显促进患者康复。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Naoxintong capsule combined with acupuncture on dysphagia after cerebral infarction. METHODS 120 patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into the group A, group B and group C. All patients in the three groups were received swallowing function training. On this basis, patients in group A were received Naoxintong capsule therapy, patients in group B were received acupuncture therapy, and patients in group C were received Naoxintong capsule combined with acupuncture therapy. The score of water swallow test and Toshima Ichiro swallowing score were compared between the three groups before treatment, after 1 cycle treatment and after 2 cycle treatment. The efficacy and complications were compared between the three groups after 1 cycle treatment and after 2 cycle treatment. RESULTS After 1 cycle treatment and 2 cycle treatment, the score of water swallow test in group C were all lower than those in the group A and group B(P<0.05). After 1 cycle treatment and 2 cycle treatment, the Toshima Ichiro swallowing score in group C were all higher than those in the group A and group B(P<0.05). After 1 cycle treatment and 2 cycle treatment, The total effective rate in the group C were higher than those in the group A and group B(P<0.05). There was no difference in the total complication rate among the three groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION The treatment of Naoxintong capsule combined with acupuncture has a significant effect on dysphagia after cerebral infarction, which can alleviate the dysphagia after cerebral infarction without increasing the incidence of complications and adverse reactions. The patient has a good tolerance, which can significantly promote the recovery of the patient.
