Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on pelvic inflammation(Damp-heat and Blood Stasis). METHODS from March 2018 to April 2019, 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (Damp-heat and Blood Stasis) were randomly divided into control group (40 cases)and experimental group(40 cases).In the control group, 40 cases were treated with western medicine for 2 weeks(cefotiam + tinidazole+vitamin C). In the experimental group, on the basis of Western medicine for anti-inflammatory treatment, Chinese herbal pieces and Chinese characteristic operation were added. Chinese herbal decoction was based on Qingretiaoxue, which was treated with symptoms, acupoint application (Guanyuan, Qihai, Sanyinjiao), and infrared treatment was added one week later. After the course of treatment, observe the patient's hypogastralgia and lumbosacral pain, the change of the quantity, color and quality of leucorrhea，the total score of secondary symptoms, as well as the change of the patient's physical signs and TCM syndromes, and compare the clinical efficacy results of the two groups. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% in the experimental group and 75% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P< 0.05)，in TCM syndrome score,the total effective rate was 85% in the treatment group and 65% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),with the increase of treatment time, TCM syndrome score decreased significantly (P<0.05).CONCLUSION Qingre tiaoxue combined with acupoint application and infrared treatment is effective in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (Damp-heat and Blood Stasis), which has obvious effect on the improvement of symptoms and signs, and has obvious curative effect and good safety.
