中文摘要: 目的 了解护理人员锐器伤发生情况及其对护理人员心理健康状态的影响。方法 采用整群抽样方法，以伊犁州直医院护理人员596人作为调查对象发放调查问卷，内容包括个人基本信息、近一年内锐器伤发生情况和心理健康状态。结果 596名护士中有135名护士发生过锐器伤，发生率为22.65%，其中护理工作年限短、学历层次和技术职称低的护理人员锐器伤发生率高（P＜0.05）。发生锐器伤组护士SCL-90心理健康自评中躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁及焦虑4个因子得分与未发生组比较，得分均高于未发生组（P＜0.05）。多元线性回归分析显示：发生锐器伤是影响医院护理人员心理健康水平的重要因素（P＜0.01）。结论 锐器伤不仅造成护理人员身体伤害，也会对其心理健康造成较大的影响。管理者不仅要重视护理人员职业暴露的预防工作，也要关注锐器伤护理人员的心理状态，及时给予正规的心理咨询服务，维护护理人员的身心健康。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To know the occurrence of nursing sharp instrument injury and its impacts to nurses’mental health status. METHODS An investment using cluster sampling method, taking 596 nurses from affiliated hospitals of Yili State as objects with questionnaires which involve personal information, the sharp instrument injury statues within one year and their mental health situation. RESULTS Within the 596 nurses investigated, 135 of them have experienced the sharp instrument injury, with the incidence rate of 22.65%. Among them, more injuries occur on those nurses who have a shorter working time or those who have lower educational or technical level (P<0.05). the nurses who injured gain higher scores than those who didn’t injured(P＜0.05) in SCL-90 self-assessment of mental health in 4 factors: somatization, obsessive symptoms, depression and anxiousness. The multiple linear regression analysis indicates that sharp instrument injury was an important factor affecting the mental health level of hospital nurses (P＜0.01). CONCLUSION
The sharp instrument injury not only cause physical harm to nurses, but also harmful to their mental health. Managers should attach importance to the precautions in nursing works, at the same time, they should also pay attention to the mental status of the nurses who experienced sharp instrument injuries, offer them regular psychological counseling service in order to maintain their mental health.
