中文摘要: 目的 探讨“手掌法则”在 2型糖尿病患者饮食治疗中的应用。方法 通过设立采用“手掌法则”的干预组和采用常规饮食指导的对照组,干预3个月及干预6个月后分别测量空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)及体质指数,评价“手掌法则”的干预效果。结果 干预6个月后,干预组空腹血糖为(7.89±3.71)mmol/L,对照组空腹血糖为(8.91±3.12)mmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义; 干预组餐后2 h血糖为(12.24±1.95) mmol/L,对照组为(13.91±2.18)mmol/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义;干预组糖化血红蛋白为(6.91±1.21)%,对照组为(7.54±1.31)%,两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论 “手掌法则”较常规饮食指导,对2型糖尿病的饮食治疗干预效果有优势,可以做进一步的推广研究。
Abstract:objective To explore the application of "palm rule" in the dietary treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The intervention group with "palm rule" and the control group with conventional dietary guidance were set up to measure fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial blood glucose, HbAlc and body mass index at 3 months and 6 months, respectively, to evaluate the intervention effect of "palm rule". Results After 6 months of intervention, fasting blood glucose was (7.89±3.71) mmol/L in the intervention group and(8.91±3.12)mmol/L in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant . The 2 h postprandial blood glucose of the intervention group was (12.24±1.95) mmol/L, and that of the control group was (13.91±2.18) mmol/L. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant .Hba1c in the intervention group was (6.91±1.21) %, and that in the control group was (7.54±1.31) %, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant .Conclusion Compared with conventional dietary guidance, "palm rule" has an advantage in dietary intervention for type 2 diabetes, which can be further extended and studied.
