中文摘要: 目的 了解大学生掌握艾滋病知识及相关行为现况，分析学生艾滋病相关危险因素，为制定校园艾滋病干预措施提供科学依据。方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法，抽取深圳市南山区辖区内高校大学生896名，现场发放、填写和回收问卷，现场采集血样进行血清学检测。结果 本研究共调查大学生896人，大学生性行为发生率为33.79%，男生明显高于女生( x2=29.022，P<0.00)；首次性行为平均年龄为(19.23±2.196)岁，未满18岁占5.27%；安全套使用率为67.12%；24名男生与同性发生过肛交性行为，其中79.17%发生同性肛交性行为时未使用安全套。结论 大学生艾滋病基本知识知晓情况较好，但不够全面；部分大学生首次性行为年龄偏低，安全套使用率不高。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the awareness of HIV/AIDS-related knowledge and behaviors among college students, analysis risk factors of AIDS among college students, and to provide evidence for HIV / AIDS prevention education among college students．METHODS Based on the method of stratified cluster sampling , draw 896 students in a District of Shenzhen, hand out、fill in and collect investigation, and serosurvey. RESULTS A total of 896 undergraduates were surveyed．The occurrence rate of sexual behavior of the undergraduates was 33.79%，male were higher than those of the female(x2=29.02，P<0.00)；the average age of first sex was（19.23±2.196）years old, under age(<18 years) was5.27%; condom use rate was 67.12%.There was 24 male who have sex with men (MSM) , 79.17% do not use condom. CONCLUSION The basic knowledge of AIDS was good but unbalanced among college students, 2.The age of first sexual behavior and condom use rate of some college students was low。
