Abstract:Objective to observe the clinical effect of high flow humidification oxygen inhalation and conventional mask oxygen inhalation in patients with esophageal cancer after thoracoscopic assisted radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods 36 patients were randomly divided into the conventional mask oxygen inhalation control group (group A) and the high-flow humidifying and oxygen-absorbing treatment group (group B), and the respiratory rate after 2 hours,6 hours and 24 hours in the two groups was randomly divided into the conventional mask oxygen-absorbing control group (group A) and the high-flow-flow-humidification oxygen-absorbing treatment group (group B). The arterial blood gas analysis and other indexes were compared and compared, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of oxygen uptake methods in the treatment of esophageal cancer patients after radical operation of the patients with esophageal cancer were studied.Results the respiratory frequency and arterial blood gas analysis of the two groups for 2 hours, 6 hours and 24 hours showed that the arterial oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in group A were lower than those in group B, and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide and respiratory rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B. there was significant difference between the two groups (allP＜0.05).Conclusion compared with conventional mask oxygen inhalation, high flow humidification mask oxygen inhalation can make thoracoscopic assisted radical resection of esophageal cancer patients have more satisfactory aerobic effect, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
