Abstract:Cognitive impairment is concerned because of its serious harm to individuals, families and society. However, its early screening tool are not widely available in the community due to various deficiencies.This paper focuses on the General practitioner Assessment of Cognition (GPCOG),by analyzing the domestic and foreign research progress of GPCOG and comparing with other common cognitive impairment screening scales,it aims to provide new ideas for the screening of cognitive impairment in primary health institutions.
