中文摘要: 目的：了解高校教职工突发公共卫生事件相关知识知晓情况，为加强高校教职工突发公共卫生事件应急处理综合能力培养提供依据。 方法：于2020年5月13日到6月13日，采用“问卷星”制作电子问卷并通过微信推送,随机抽取全国165所高校的438名高校教职工突发公共卫生事件相关知识知晓情况。 结果：研究发现，新冠肺炎疫情发生前有49.54%的高校教职工从没学习过《突发公共卫生事件应急条例》《传染病防治法》等相关法律法规；对新冠肺炎防控相关知识总体知晓率为79.59%；高校突发公共卫生事件健康教育开展情况不容乐观；有医学专业的高校或有医学专业背景的教职工相关调查项目反应结果较好。 结论：高校教职工传染病及突发公共卫生事件相关知识水平不高，应加强学习，并做到学以致用，培养人才，服务社会。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of college faculty and staff related to public health emergencies, provide a basis for strengthening the comprehensive ability of college faculty to deal with public health emergencies. METHODS From May 13 to June 13, 2020, an electronic questionnaire was prepared by "questionnaire star" and pushed through WeChat to randomly select the knowledge of public health emergencies of 438 faculty and staff in 165 universities across the country. RESULTS The study found novel coronavirus pneumonia before novel coronavirus pneumonia occurred 49.54% of the university staff had never learned the "public health emergency Ordinance", "infectious disease prevention law" and other related laws and regulations; the knowledge of new crown pneumonia prevention and control related knowledge is 79.59%; the health education of public health emergencies in Colleges and universities is not optimistic; the response results of the related survey items of universities with medical specialty or faculty with medical professional background are better. CONCLUSION The knowledge level of infectious diseases and public health emergencies of university staff is not high, so we should strengthen the study, apply the knowledge to practice, cultivate talents and serve the society.
