Abstract:Abstract Objective To research and investigation the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis in Tanghe County . Methods 200 tuberculosis patients (observation group) included in our center from May 2018 to may 2020 were collected. Another 120 healthy subjects who underwent health examination in our center during the same period were selected as the control group. Statistical epidemiological characteristics, using single factor and logistic multivariate analysis method to analyze the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis. Results The results of epidemiological survey showed that in 200 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis, the majority of them were over 60 years old, accounting for 72.50% . The male patients were mainly male patients, accounting for 68.50% . The occupation of patients was mainly farmers, accounting for 49.00% . The onset season was 39.50% in winter and 30.00% in spring. In the univariate analysis of the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis, there was no difference in BMI, marital status, drinking history, family income and education level between the observation group and the control group (P＞0.05). There were significant differences in age, sex ratio, smoking history, pulmonary disease history and occupation composition between the two groups (P＜0.05). Further multivariate analysis showed that old age, farmer, male, smoking history and pulmonary disease history were the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis . Conclusion In Tanghe County, Nanyang City, tuberculosis tends to occur in old age, male, farmer, winter and spring. Old age, farmer, male, smoking history, and pulmonary disease history are risk factors for pulmonary tuberculosis.
