Abstract:At the beginning of 2018, field survey, case interview and data statistics were carried out by the First People’S Hospi⁃ tal of Lianyungang on the basic situation and existing problems of medical and health security in Qianyanzhuang Village, Banzhuang Town, Ganyu District, Lianyungang, which was an economically weak village in Lianyungang. The results showed that there were some problems such as the lack of basic medical facilities, the villagers who could not enjoy basic public health services and the poor effect of chronic disease management. From 2018 to 2020, innovative exploration of health poverty alleviation work was carried out, and remarkable results were achieved by taking measures such as assisting the construction of qianyanzhuang village clinic and building the health public welfare brand of “health poverty alleviation public welfare line”in Ganyu District. In view of the current health poverty alleviation work, some suggestions were put forward, such as giving full play to the role of the “three in one” health poverty alleviation system of government, industry and social organizations, providing security for seriously ill patients, paying atten⁃ tion to the health and nutritional status of rural primary school students, strengthening the publicity of public health education and healthy lifestyle of villagers, and strengthening the construction of rural doctors.
