Abstract:Rural doctors are the basic force to serve the health of the grass-roots in the third-level rural medical and health ser⁃ vice system in China. They play an important role in promoting the development of rural medical and health and promoting the con⁃ struction of Chinese health. At present, the age structure of rural doctors is aging, the loss is more, the education level and profes⁃ sional title level are generally low. These problems also exist in Wujin District. In the process of promoting the construction of rural doctors, Wujin District has explored a characteristic development way for grass-roots health personnel, and gradually formed the tal⁃ ent recruitment experience of“college student village medical project”“the system of village nurses”“record system of rural doc⁃ tors”and so on.
