Abstract:OBJECTIVE The evaluation index system of drug value of basic medical insurance in Guizhou Province was applied empirically. METHODS Eight drugs for the treatment of diabetes and lung cancer were selected for evaluation. The subjects of the survey were clinical pharmacists and physicians who had been engaged in the research of the two drugs for a long time in the first-class hospitals in Guizhou Province. The self-made questionnaire was used as a survey tool to evaluate the value of the eight drugs. At the same time，Excel 2010 and SPSS 18.0 were used to sort and analyze the evaluation results. RESULTS The evaluation results were verified by relevant clinical pharmacists，physicians and other personnel familiar with the evaluated drugs，and it was considered that the evaluation results were in good agreement with the actual situation. According to the mean value of the total score，the drugs for diabetes treatment were Acarbose Chewable Tablets(62.66±6.09)＞Liraglutide Injection(60.93±10.70)＞Saxa⁃ gliptin and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-release Tablets (Ⅰ) (58.85±8.75)＞Glibenclamide Tablets (57.96±5.47). The drugs for lung cancer were: Gefitinib Tablets (68.21±6.11)＞Osimertinib Mesylate Tablets (66.56±7.38)＞Pemetrexed Disodium for Injec⁃ tion (64.78±3.96)＞Camrelizumab for Injection (57.24±6.28). CONCLUSION The drug value evaluation index system of Guizhou ba⁃ sic medical insurance had strong operability and applicability.
