留行籽粘贴取耳穴压豆法实施戒烟,治疗3个月共4个疗程。结果:观察组总体显效率为70.0%,明显高于对照组的53.8%,
差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.81,P=0.05)。每日吸烟量15~20支的观察组显效率高达86.4%,明显高于对照组的63.0%,差异有
统计学意义(χ2=5.26,P=0.02);烟龄在 10~15 年的观察组显效率为 84.3%,明显高于对照组的 60.4%,差异有统计学意义
(χ2=6.260,P=0.01);吸烟味道改变早、成功戒烟次数少,差异有统计学意义(Z=5.78,P<0.001),且不出现戒断综合征。
结论:耳穴压豆戒烟法对有戒烟意愿、烟量15~20支、烟龄10~15年的吸烟者戒烟成功率高,疗效肯定,是一种安全、可 靠、可行和适宜的治疗技术,易于社区推广应用。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical effect of auricular point sticking on smoking cessation under the guidance of tra⁃
ditional Chinese medicine theory,and to provide theoretical basis for further exploring effective and practical methods of smoking
cessation. METHODS The subjects were recruited by the society. 160 smokers were recruited and randomly divided into observation
group and control group,80 cases in each group. The method of auricular point sticking with cowherb seed was used to give up
smoking for 4 courses and 3 months. RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was 70.0%,which was significantly
higher than 53.8% of the control group, it had statistical significant difference(χ2=3.81,P=0.05). The effective rate of the observa⁃
tion group was 86.4%,which was significantly higher than 63.0% of the control group, it had statistical significant difference
(χ2=5.26,P=0.02); the effective rate of the observation group with 10~15 years of smoking was 84.3%,which was significantly
higher than 60.4% of the control group(χ2=6.260,P=0.01); the taste of smoking changed early,the number of successful smoking
cessation was less, it had statistical significant difference(Z=5.78,P<0.001),and there was no withdrawal syndrome. CONCLU⁃
SION The methods ofauricular point sticking to quit smoking was a safe,reliable,feasible and appropriate treatment technique for
smokers who were willing to quit smoking,smoking 15~20 cigarettes and smoking for 10~15 years,and had a high success rate
and definite efficacy. It was easy to popularize and apply.
