Po）；纠正贫血：促红素（上海凯茂，国药准字S19991024，3 000 u/次，2次/周）；利尿：呋塞米片（江苏亚邦爱普森药业有限
公司，国药准字 H32021428，20 mg Tid Po）等对症支持治疗。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用薤白组合制剂，0.5 g/粒, 2 粒/ 次，3次/d，口服，并对两组患者血尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Scr）及24 h尿量临床疗效进行比较。 结果：治疗后治疗组与对照组
相比肾功能及24 h尿量有改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论: 对于慢性肾功能衰竭尿毒症患者采用控制血压、改善
纠正肾性贫血及合理使用利尿剂等对症支持治疗的同时，加用薤白组合制剂可改善患者肾功能、增加尿量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the therapeutic effects of Allium macrostemon and other traditional Chinese medicines on the
reversal of renal function and increased urine output in early uremia. METHODS 120 patients with uremia in chronic renal failure
were selected and were randomly divided into two groups of 60 patients each. The control group was uniformly treated with conven⁃
tional dialysis three times a week and given blood pressure control(NIFEDIPINE SUSTAINED-RELEASE TABLETS: Shanxi Bu⁃
chang High-Tech Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, Standard Chinese Medicine H61023583, 10mg Tid Po; BENAZEPRIL HYDROCHLO⁃
RIDE TABLETS: Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Standard Chinese Medicine H20000292, 10 mg Bid Po; METOPROLOL TABLETS: As⁃
traZeneca Pharmaceuticals China Ltd, Standard Chinese medicine 1808A26, 25 mg Bid Po); Correction of anaemia (Recombinant Hu⁃
man Erythropoietin for injection: Shanghai Kaimao Biomedical Co Ltd, Standard Chinese Medicine S19991024, 3000u/dose); Diure⁃
sis: FUROSENIDE TABLETS (Jiangsu Yabang Epsom Pharmaceutical Co Ltd, Standard Chinese Medicine H32021428, 20 mg Tid
Po) and other symptomatic support treatment. The treatment group was treated with allium macrostemon and cordyceps capsule, 2
capsule per time, 3 times per day and the clinical effects of blood urea nitrogen (Bun), creatinine (SCR) and 24 h urine volume were
compared between the two groups. RESULTS Renal function and 24 h urine volume were improved in the control group after treat⁃
ment（P＜0.05）. Compared with the control group, renal function and 24 h urine volume were significantly improved in the treatment
group. CONCLUSION In patients with chronic kidney failure uremia, symptomatic support such as control of blood pressure, correc⁃
tion of anemia, diuresis, etc. It was significant to add allium macrostemon and cordyceps capsule to improve renal function, increase
urine volume and delay disease development.
