中文摘要: 从家庭医生的视角，以居民实际健康获得以及在此基础上产生的主观感受，界定健康获得感的概念；参考中国
综合社会调查 （2013） 及中国家庭追踪调查 （2018） 中的医疗卫生调查内容，以及上海市家庭医生签约服务绩效考核指标，
拟定健康获得感评价指标体系，从健康保障、基本医疗和基本公共卫生服务3个维度共10项指标评价签约居民健康获得感；
通过定量调查对评价指标体系进行论证。
Abstract:From the perspective of family doctors, it defines the concept of health acquisition based on residents’actual health
acquisition and subjective feelings generated. Reference for Chinese general social survey （2013） and Chinese families tracking sur⁃
vey (2018) in the medical and health survey content, as well as the Shanghai signing the family doctor service performance evalua⁃
tion indicators, it signs the health of the residents get sense of evaluation index system from health care and basic medical and pub⁃
lic health services in three dimensions, a total of 10 indicators evaluation sign residents health sense; the evaluation index system is
demonstrated through quantitative investigation.
