Abstract:Through methods such as the degree of concentration of health resources, the current situation of the construction of
grass-roots medical and health human resources in Henan Province is analyzed, so as to help solve the problems in the construction
of grass-roots medical and health personnel. The analysis results reflect that the input of grassroots health talents in Henan Province
is insufficient, and the educational background, working environment, and incentive mechanism need to be improved and upgraded.
The research suggests that measures such as building a flexible employment mechanism, a diversified incentive system, increasing fi⁃
nancial investment and publicity, and making up for shortcomings in employment can help the scientific development of grassroots
medical and health personnel.
