病率仍处在较高水平，分别为30.92%和16.12%，是影响焦作市解放区居民身体健康的重要公共卫生问题。结论：焦作市解
放区居民慢性病防控未达到理想效果，应加强健康知识的宣传和重点慢性病的筛查工作，通过改变不良的生活方式，降低慢
性病的患病率。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension and diabetes in adults in Jiefang
District of Jiaozuo. METHODS Using the method of multi-stage cluster random sampling， the permanent residents aged 18 and
above were investigated by questionnaire survey and medical examination and laboratory test. RESULTS The prevalence rates of hy⁃
pertension and diabetes in the liberated area of Jiaozuo were still at a high level，30.92% and 16.12% respectively，which were
still important public health problems affecting the health of residents in the liberated area. CONCLUSION The prevention and con⁃
trol of chronic diseases in Jiefang District of Jiaozuo had not achieved the ideal effect. It was necessary to strengthen the propaganda
of health knowledge and the screening of key chronic diseases and reduce the prevalence of chronic diseases by changing the un⁃
healthy lifestyle.
