学生抑郁、焦虑和压力的检出率分别为77.1%、65.1%和43.4%。社会支持得分为(39.04±7.48)分。不同性别、学历、专业的
大学生抑郁、焦虑和压力检出率比较,差异无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。目前是否开学对大学生心理压力的影响有统计学意义
(χ2=4.625,P<0.05),不同社会支持程度及不同年级大学生心理健康状况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新冠
肺炎延迟开学期间,大学生心理健康状况较差。应该针对不同阶段和人群有所侧重地进行干预,为其提供学业压力应对方 案,增加社会支持,改善因延迟开学导致的大学生心理障碍。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the mental health and social support status and its influencing factorsamong collegestu⁃
dents during the delay of school openingfor the epidemic of COVID-19,to provide reference for improving the mental health of col⁃
lege students. METHODS The mental health and social support status of college students were evaluated by questionnaire. RESULTS
The detection rates of depression,anxiety and stress were 77.1%,65.1% and 43.4%. The score of social support was 39.04±7.48.

school opening or not had a statistically significant impact on the psychological stress,the mental health status ofdifferent grades
and different levels of social support was statistically different(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The mental health state of college students
was poor. It was necessary to focus on different stages and groups of people,to provide them with academic stress corresponding pro⁃
grams,to increase social support,and to improve the psychological disorders of college students caused by delayed school opening.
