Abstract:OBJECTIVE To sort out the reporting situation and existing problems of annual health reports of primary health insti⁃ tutions. METHODS During March to May in 2019, the annual health reports of 24 primary medical institutions in three provinces of Zhejiang from Eastern, Hunan from Central and Shanxi from Western were statistically analyzed by subjective sampling method. RE⁃ SULTS Community health centers and township health centers filled in 123 kinds of reports every year, and community health sta⁃ tions and village clinics filled in 57 kinds of reports. The reports mainly came from department of maternal and child health and dis⁃ ease control and prevention at the prefecture level and below with mainly monthly and quarterly reports. The number of reports in the eastern and central regions was more than that in the western regions. CONCLUSIONS There were too many kinds of primary health reports, and the overlapping and sharing of reports were poor. It was recommended to strengthen the system construction and unify the way of issuing incremental reports; it should strengthen the top-level design, and all business departments should collabo⁃ rate to simplify the types of reports. It should integrate the business lines and the information systems of primary health institutions to maximize the health report automatic generation and information sharing.
