Abstract:The epidemic of serious infectious diseases is a big test to the rural health service system. How to suit measures to local conditions and tap the advantages and connotations of rural health services to prevent the spread of the epiclemicx is a com⁃ mon topic faced by the vast number of rural community health services in China. It is about the practice of family doctor of certain community team in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in rural communities and proposes different management processes and measures for different types of key population. Emphasis is placed on the epidemic prevention and control management of highway crossings. people from epidemic areas go to Shanghai or through epidemic areas, foreign entry personnel, personnel from centralized isolation points. While evaluating the effect of phased prevention and control, it deeply considers the main subjects of epidemic pre⁃ vention in the post-epidemic era, material reserves, public health education, and how to organically integrate with family doctors con⁃ tracted services, so as to provide the community experience for the normalized prevention and control of COVID-2019 epidemic.
