Abstract:OBJECTIVE To construct an evidence-based nutritional support scheme for patients with stress injury in the commu⁃ nity and evaluate application effect. METHODS The best evidence was collected based on the evidence-based nursing path, and the evidence, expert opinion and clinical situation were combined to develop a nutritional support plan for patients with stress injury in the community and apply to the clinic to evaluate the clinical application effect of the plan. RESULTS After protocol application, compared with patients by conventional treatment methods, the wound healing time decreased from 15.38% to 6.38%. The treatment cost decreased and patient satisfaction was greatly improved. After the application, nurses’knowledge of stress injury was greatly in⁃ creased, and the implementation rate of the plan and process was greater than 85%. CONCLUSION Application of evidence-based path to build community stress injury patients nutrition support practice scheme was to ensure the scientific, practical and satisfac⁃ tion of both sides, and could more effectively promote malnutrition risk of malnutrition stress injury patients wound healing, effective control, new wound recurrence, improve the quality of life, improve the quality of community hospital wound care, promote the fur⁃ ther implementation of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
