中文摘要: 目的：分析甘肃省严重精神障碍患者中 65岁以上患者的人群分布特征及管理现状，为政府相关部门制定精神
卫生政策及防控措施提供科学依据。方法：数据来源于甘肃省严重精神障碍信息系统，将数据导出采用Excel进行整理统计
分析。结果：截至 2020年9月，甘肃省严重精神障碍信息系统中在册65岁以上患者15 265人，规范管理率为92.09%。65岁
及以上患者女性 （58.76%） 患病人数高于男性 （41.24%）；多为汉族 （91.32%） 且文化程度低 （60.58%）；家庭贫困
（69.67%）、农民 （79.97%）、已婚 （69.98%） 人数居多，病人一般无家族史。结论：应加强老年人精神障碍的科普宣传，关
注老年人精神障碍的患病率水平及其人群分布特征，并将老年人精神障碍的防治与社区卫生服务及康复相结合。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the current management status and population distribution characteristics of patients aged
65 years and above in Gansu province，so as to provide a scientific basis for relevant government departments to formulate mental
health policies and prevention and control measures. METHODS The data was obtained from Gansu province severe mental disorders
information system，and the data was exported to excel for statistical analysis. RESULTS By September 2020，there were 15 265 pa⁃
tients aged 65 years and above registered in Gansu Province serious mental disorder information system. The prevalence rate of pa⁃
tients aged 65 and above was 92.09% with more females （58.76%） than males （41.24%）； most of them were Han Nationality
（91.32%） and had low education level （60.58%）；most of them were from poor families （69.67%），farmers （79.97%） and mar⁃
ried （69.98%），and there was no family history of the patients. CONCLUSION It was necessary to strengthen the popularization of
mental disorders in the elderly，pay attention to the prevalence of mental disorders in the elderly and the factors，and combine the
prevention and treatment of mental disorders in the elderly with community health services and rehabilitation.
