96.89%，呈上升趋势 （Z=-13.448，P＜0.01），产妇为 99.83%，呈上升趋势 （Z=-14.536，P＜0.01）；咨询产妇孕期艾滋病
咨询率为94.61%，呈上升趋势 （Z=-8.672，P＜0.01），检测产妇孕期艾滋病检测率为94.55%，呈上升趋势 （Z=-7.897，P＜ 0.01）；产妇孕期艾滋病咨询率和抗体检测率均大于产时；孕妇艾滋病病毒感染率为1.68/万，产妇艾滋病病毒感染率为1.44/ 万；实施母婴阻断干预措施后，迄今未发现被艾滋病病毒感染的儿童。结论：2015—2019年兰州市城关区孕产妇HIV母婴传
播综合服务工作质量较好。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the HIV consultation and detection results among pregnant and puerperae women in Lan⁃
zhou Chengguan District and to know the situation of prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV. METHODS Data was col⁃
lected and the counseling rate and testing rate of HIV were calculated. Armitage trend test was used to analyze the trend. RESULTS
From 2015-2019, the AIDS consultation rate in Chengguan District of Lanzhou was 95.33%, rising trend ( Z= -40.051, P＜0.01 )；
maternal was 98.11%, rising trend ( Z= -41.297, P＜0.01 ); antibody detection rate was 96.89% in pregnant women, rising trend (
Z= -13.448, P＜0.01 ); maternal was 99.83%, rising trend ( Z= -14.536, P＜0.01 ); maternal AIDS consultation rate during preg⁃
nancy was 94.61%, rising trend ( Z= -8.672, P＜0.01 ). The maternal AIDS test rate during pregnancy was 94.55%, rising trend (
Z= -7.897, P＜0.01). It shown an increasing trend year by year. The HIV infection rate of pregnant woman was 1.68/10 000, and
puerpera was 1.44/10 000. No HIV-infected children had been found. CONCLUSION The quality was good about comprehensive ser⁃
vices for mother-to-child transmission prevention of HIV.
