Abstract:Abstract: A patient with colorectal cancer 3 years after surgery applied to the ningyang medical service of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Harbin Medical University due to back pain and stoma bleeding. After the intervention of the hospice medical service, the main nursing problems of the patients were evaluated, and the nursing service plan of the settled home was determined. Through effective nursing measures, the stoma bleeding of the patients was effectively controlled, the anxiety and fear of the patients were alle⁃ viated, and the patients were improved. Sleep quality, nutritional status, constipation and comfort effectively improved the patient’s quality of life and self-care ability at home.
