Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of goal-activity-movement intensive therapy on rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. METHODS Selecting 78 cases of children with cerebral palsy admitted to the First People’ s Hospital of Nanyang from February 2022 to February 2024, they were divided into a study group (n=39) and a control group (n=39) using a random number table method. Children in the control group received routine treatment, while children in the study group received target-activity-movement reinforcement therapy. Compare the rehabilitation effects of the two groups. RESULTS The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group ( χ 2 =5.014, P<0.05). The development level score of the children in the study group was (79.60±12.34), the gross motor function score was (225.03±25.22), and the fine motor function score was (156.78±10.44), which were all higher than the scores of the children in the control group, which were (71.49±10.52), (191.18± 24.36), and (136.20 ± 12.54), respectively (t=3.123, 6.029, 7.877, P<0.05). CONCLUSION In the rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy, the use of goal-activity-motor reinforcement therapy is effective in improving developmental levels and motor functions, making it highly valuable for clinical promotion.
