复方聚乙二醇电解质散两种不同服药方法 对比研究 *

中文摘要: 摘 要:目的:探讨复方聚乙二醇电解质散两种不同的服药方法对患者行结肠镜检查前肠道准备时机体的不适反应情况 及最终排便情况的差异。方法:选取 2022 年 2 月—2023 年 2 月于火箭军特色医学中心消化内镜中心行结肠镜检查前肠道准备 的患者 309 例,将其随机分为单次组 (n=134) 与分次组 (n=175)。单次组于检查当日晨起服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶 液 3 L,分次组于检查前日晚间服用复方聚乙二醇电解质散溶液 1.5 L,检查当日晨起再次服用 1.5 L。对比两组患者肠道准备 时机体不适反应发生情况、耐受力及最终排便情况。结果:两组患者服用完成度、重度腹胀患者占比排便次数≥10 次的患者 占比方面比较,差异均无统计学意义 (P>0.05)。分次组重度腹痛患者占比、整体感受评分为 0~3 分的患者占比、末次大便 性状评分为 C/D 的患者占比均高于单次组,出现呕吐症状患者占比低于单次组,差异均有统计学意义 ( χ 2 值分别为 3.405、 2.955、3.738、8.407,P<0.05)。两组均未发生不良反应或并发症。结论:复方聚乙二醇电解质散两种不同的服药方法比 较,分次组患者机体不适反应发生率低,患者感受更为舒适,且从末次排便效果上看分次组优于单次组。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the differences of adverse reactions and final defecation between two different medication methods of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in patients with bowel preparation before colonoscopy. METHODS A to⁃ tal of 309 patients who underwent colonoscopy in PLA Rocket Force Characteristic Medical Center from February 2022 to February 2023 were enrolled. Patients were divided into single-dose group (n=134) and split-dose group (n=175). The single-dose group took 3 L Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solution on the morning of the examination, and the split-dose group took 1.5 L Compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte solutionon the evening before the examinationand the other 1.5 L on the morning of the ex⁃ amination. The adverse reactions, tolerance and final defecation of the two groups were compared. RESULTS There was no statistical significance in the completion degree of administration and the proportion of patients with severe abdominal distension who had ≥ 10 defecation times between the two groups (P>0.05). The proportion of patients with severe abdominal pain, the proportion of pa⁃ tients with the overall feeling score of 0~3, the proportion of patients with the last stool trait score of C/D in the grading group were higher than those in the single group, and the proportion of patients with vomiting symptoms was lower than that in the single group, with statistical significance (χ 2 =3.405, 2.955, 3.738, 8.407, P<0.05). No adverse reactions or complications occurred in both groups. CONCLUSION Compared with the two different administration methods of compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder, the inci⁃ dence of body discomfort was lower and the patients felt more comfortable in the divided group, and the divided group was better than the single group in terms of the effect of last defecation.
