中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：基于CiteSpace文献分析软件，旨在从定量、定性的双视角出发，对以中医药为核心的老年人群衰弱研
究热点、演变路径以及未来发展趋势进行系统梳理。方法：以中国知网（CNKI）、万方、维普、WebofScience（WoS）核心
合集数据库为数据源，检索自建库起至2024年12月31日公开发表的中英文文献，采用CiteSpace6.4.R1对作者、机构和关键
词进行共现网络分析，绘制关键词突现图和聚类图。结果：共纳入235篇中文文献、6篇英文文献。“共病管理”“中西医结
合及五脏虚损理论”“体质和辨证施治”“中医传统功法”是中医药在防治我国老年衰弱领域中的四大研究热点。结论：未来
需加强国内及国际间合作，结合中医药政策支持，深入探索改善我国老年衰弱的创新型多元干预措施，并与现代科技有机结
合，为老年衰弱人群提供具有中国特色的中医药防治策略及高质量医疗卫生服务。
Abstract:Abstract:OBJECTIVE BasedonCiteSpacebibliometricsoftwaretosystematicallyanalyzeresearchhotspots,evolutionary
trajectories,andfuturetrendsinfrailtystudiesfocusingontraditionalChinesemedicine(TCM)amongelderlypopulations,
integratingquantitativeandqualitativeperspectives.METHODSDataweresourcedfromCNKI,Wanfang,VIP,andWebofScience
CoreCollectiondatabases,encompassingpubliclypublishedChineseandEnglishliteraturefrom theirinceptiontoDecember31,
2024.CiteSpace6.4.R1wasemployedtoconductco-occurrencenetworkanalysesofauthors,institutions,andkeywords,alongside
generatingkeywordburstdetectionmapsandclusteringmaps.RESULTSA totalof235Chineseand6Englisharticleswere
included.FourmajorresearchhotspotsinTCM forpreventingandmanagingfrailtyamongChineseelderlywereidentified:
“comorbiditymanagement”“integratedTCM-Westernmedicineapproachesandvisceraldeficiencytheory”“constitutionand
syndrome-based treatment” and“TCM traditionalexercises”.CONCLUSION Future effortsshould enhance domestic and
internationalcollaboration,leveragepolicysupportforTCM,andexploreinnovativemultidimensionalinterventionstoaddressfrailty
inChina’sagingpopulation.IntegratingTCM withmoderntechnologywillprovidedistinctiveChinesestrategiesandhigh-quality
healthcareservicesforelderlyindividualswithfrailty.
