中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：探究缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者练习六字诀的真实体验和实践困境，为推动中医特色疗法的应用与推广提 供参考。方法：采用质性研究中的描述性现象学研究方法，于2023年10月 — 2024年4月选取福建中医药大学附属第三人 民医院脑病科、康复科收治的11例缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者，对其进行半结构式访谈，采用Nvivo 11.0软件对访谈资料进 行整理，采用Colaizi 7 步分析法对资料整理分析并提炼主题。结果：提炼出4个主题：多样化的感受(积极主动、消极 且兴趣低),练习的主要困难(动作识记与执行障碍、坚持练习难),中医养生的接受程度(十分认同、简单接触),中医养 生的了解途径(口头告知、多媒体宣传)。结论：缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者对六字诀的体验呈现积极与消极两种态度，且在 练习中面临动作识记与执行障碍和坚持困难的问题。尽管如此，大多数患者对中医养生持认同态度。未来应结合患者的文化 差异，创新多样化传播方式，激发患者对练习六字诀的兴趣，破解练习技术壁垒，增强练习坚持度，提升六字诀的应用效果。 同时，从中小学教育上推广传统运动，厚植文化根基。

Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the authentic experiences and practical challenges of patients in the recovery phase of ischemic stroke practicing the Six-Character Formula,providing reference for promoting the application and dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)therapies. METHODS Employing a descriptive phenomenological approach within qualitative research,11 patients in therecovery phase of ischemic stroke admitted to the Neurology and Rehabilitation Departments ofthe Third Affiliated Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected from October 2023 to April 2024.Semi-structured interviews were conducted, and interview data were organized using Nvivo 11.0 software.The Colaizi7-step analysis method was applied to organize and analyze the data,extracting themes.RESULTS Four themes emerged:Diverse Perceptions(proactive engagement,passive disinterest),Primary Practice Challenges(motor memory and execution difficulties,persistence issues),Acceptance Levels of TCM Wellness Practices(strong endorsement,superficial exposure),and Information Sources(verbal instruction,multimedia promotion).CONCLUSION Patients in therecovery phase of ischemicstroke exhibited both active and passive atitudes toward the Six-Character Formula,facing challenges in movement memorization/execution and practice persistence.Despite this,most patients expressed acceptance of TCM wellness practices. Future efforts should incorporate cultural diversity to innovate diverse communication methods,stimulate patient interest in practicing the Six-Character Formula,overcome technical barriers to practice,enhance practice persistence,and improve the application effectivenessof the Six-Character Formula.Concurrently,traditional exercises should be promoted in primary and secondary education to cultivate cultural foundations.
