Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of exercise rehabilitation combined with Tongxinluo capsule on blood lipids, vascular endothelial function and physical motor function of stenocardia. METHODS 134 cases of stenocardia admitted to Sunqiao Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area from Shanghai from 2021 to 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, a control group (n=67) and an observation group (n=67). The control group patients were given Tongxinluo capsule, and the patients of observation group were given exercise rehabilitation on the basis of control group. After 8 weeks, the clinical efficacy of two groups were analyzed. RESULTS Compared with control group, the blood fat levels of observation group were significantly improved after treatment (t=4.115, 11.806, 2.898, 2.699, P<0.05). The exercise rehabilitation combined with Tongxinluo capsule could significantly improve the vessel endothelial function of two groups, there was no significant difference (t=7.570, 4.927, P<0.05). Compared with control group, the scores of seattle angina questionnaire scale had been a significant increase of observation group (t=13.314, 15.477, 18.946, 16.024, 15.128, P<0.05). CONCLUSION The exercise rehabilitation combined with Tongxinluo capsule can regulate vascular endothelial function, improve blood lipid level and physical movement function, and inhibit angina attacks of stenocardia.
