中文摘要: 摘 要：目的：总结麝香所治疗的热点疾病，探究麝香研究领域的研究热点与发展趋势以及存在的不足，针对其存在的
不足提出建议，为未来麝香的研究方向提供参考。方法：检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊以
及中国生物医学文献服务系统中自建库起至2023年麝香研究相关中文文献；检索WebofScience、PubMed以及Embase中自
建库起至2023年麝香研究相关英文文献，导入EndNote进行文献管理。采用VOSviewer1.6.19和CiteSpace6.2.R2绘制关键词
共现、聚类和突现图。结果：中文数据库共纳入符合标准的文献10611篇，英文数据库中共纳入符合标准的文献3768篇。 中文文献关键词频次位居前 3位的是“麝香保心丸”“冠心病”“心绞痛”；英文文献关键词频次位居前 3位的是“musk” “animals”“unclassifieddrug”；关键词聚类分析显示，中、英文文献各得到9个有效聚类；关键词突现分析显示，中、英文文
献各得到25个突现词。结论：当前麝香领域的发展趋势良好，麝香领域的研究热点集中在麝香中成药制剂、临床应用及其
药理学研究，麝香所治疗的热点疾病主要是冠心病和心绞痛等心血管疾病，接下来应进一步加深麝香药理作用的研究，研究
麝香对其他疾病的治疗。

platform,WeipuChinesejournalsandChinaBiomedicalLiteratureServiceSystem weresearchedfrom thedateofdatabase
constructionto2023.EnglishliteraturerelatedtoMuskresearchinWebofScience,PubMedandEmbasefromthedateofdatabase
constructionto2023wasretrievedandimportedintoEndNoteforliteraturemanagement.VOSviewer1.6.19andCiteSpace6.2.R2
wereusedtodrawkeywordco-occurrence,clustersandemergencemaps.RESULTSAtotalof10611articlesconformingtothe
criteriawereincludedintheChinesedatabaseand3768articlesconformingtothecriteriaintheEnglishdatabase.Thetopthree
keywordsinChineseliteraturewere“ShexiangBaoxinpill”“coronaryheartdisease”“anginapectoris”.Thetopthreekeywordsin
Englishliterature were“musk”“animals”“unclassifieddrug”.Keywordclusteranalysisshowedthat9effectiveclusterswere
obtainedinbothChineseandEnglishliterature.Thekeywordemergenceanalysisshowedthat25emergentwordswereobtainedin
bothChineseandEnglishliteratures.CONCLUSIONThecurrentdevelopmenttrendinthefieldofmuskisgood,andtheresearch
hotspotinthefieldofmuskisfocusedonthepreparationofproprietaryChinesemedicine,clinicalapplicationandpharmacological
research.Thehotdiseasestreatedbymuskaremainlycardiovasculardiseasessuchascoronaryheartdiseaseandanginapectoris.
Next,itshouldfurtherstudythepharmacologicaleffectsofmusk,andstudythetreatmentofotherdiseases
