基于格林模式的健康教育改善突发性耳聋患者 生活质量、听力等效果观察

中文摘要: 摘 要:目的:研究基于格林模式的健康教育对突发性耳聋患者生活质量、听力等的影响。方法:选取2021年4月— 2023年4月天津市第一中心医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科收治的80例突发性耳聋患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究 组,每组各40例。给予对照组患者常规健康教育,给予研究组患者基于格林模式的健康教育。干预8周后,观察两组患者听 力改善效果及简明生活质量量表(SF-36)评分情况。结果:干预8周后,研究组患者纯音听力改善总有效率97.50%,明显 高于对照组(82.50%),差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);研究组患者心理功能评分(83.44±5.17)分、生理功能评分(84.35± 5.49) 分、社会功能评分 (87.71±5.62) 分,对照组患者心理功能评分 (75.63±5.39) 分、生理功能评分 (76.37±5.68) 分、 社会功能评分(76.69±5.84)分,两组评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0. 05)。结论:基于格林模式的健康教育能够 促进突发性耳聋患者的听力改善,提升其生活质量。
Abstract:Abstract: OBJECTIVE To study the impact of health education based on the Green model on the quality of life, hearing, and other aspects of sudden deafness patients. METHODS From April 2021 to April 2023, a sample of 80 sudden deafness patients ad⁃ mitted to the Department of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Tianjin First Central Hospital was selected for a grouping study. The grouping method was using a random number table method. The control group (n=40) received routine health education, while the research group (n=40) received health education based on the Green model. After 8 weeks, the hearing improvement effect and the Simplified Quality of Life Scale (SF-36) score of the two groups were observed. RESULTS After 8 weeks, the total effective rate of pure tone hearing improvement in the study group was 97.50%, which was significantly higher than 82.50% in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of psychological function (83.44 ± 5.17), physiological function (84.35 ± 5.49), and social function (87.71 ± 5.62) in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (75.63 ± 5.39), (76.37 ± 5.68), and (76.69 ± 5.84), with significant differences (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION Health education based on the Green model can indeed promote hearing improvement and improve the quality of life of sudden deafness patients, and is worth promoting.
