Abstract:Analyze the problems in the estabishment of hierarchical medical system in Yunnan province from the aspect of the distribution of the medical resource,the service capacity of primary health care institutions,patients’ choice and the willing of hospital sinking patient.Give some Suggestion from strengthening the training of general practitioners,enhancing the construction of human resource of primary health care institutions, and making full use of "Internet +" to promot the hierarchical medical program carrying out effectively.
