中文摘要: 目的 探讨运用格林模式在家庭医生签约实践过程中的效果。方法 选择天津市区某街道某一小区内380户居民作为研究对象进行家庭医生签约实践,以家庭为单位将居民随机分为试验组(190户)和对照组(190户)。试验组运用格林模式进行宣教,对照组采用传统宣教模式,比较两组居民家庭医生签约率和居民满意度。结果 试验组居民家庭医生签约率为49.4%,对照组为30.5%,试验组居民家庭医生签约率明显高于对照组(P～0.001)。已签约居民中,对家庭医生服务了解程度、对签约责任人满意度,试验组明显高于对照组(P＜0.01);对签约内容满意度两组比较无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论 格林模式在家庭医生签约实践过程中能明显提高居民签约率及居民满意度。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE to explore the effect of Green model in the practice of Family Physician Signing. METHODS 380 families in a housing estate of a street in Tianjin city were choosing as the research object to practice the Family Physician Signing.The families were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group was taught by Green model, and the control group by traditional missionary mode,The signing rates of Family Physician and families' satisfaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The signing rate of Family Physician in the experimental group was 49.4%, and the control group was 30.5%. The signing rate of Family Physician in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.001).Among the signed residents, the degree to the understanding of Family Physician, the satisfaction to the contracted
responsible person were higher in the experimental group than in the control group
(P＜0.01);The satisfaction questionnaire to the contract had no significant difference (P＞0.05).CONCLUSION In the practice of Family Physician Signing, Green model can significantly improve the rate of families signing and the satisfaction of residents.
