中文摘要: 目的 调查2016年闵行区社区卫生服务机构妇女保健人力资源状况,为社区妇女保健人力资源配置与建设提供依据。方法 采用横断面调查对13家社区卫生服务中心的妇女保健人力资源进行调查和描述性分析。结果 闵行区基层妇女保健人力资源配置数量基本达标,但专职人员少,仅占5.8%;人员结构不合理,学历和职称偏低,年龄超过50岁的占25%,护理专业和乡村医生各占37.50%和32.14%。结论 政府应高度重视区域妇女保健队伍的建设,建议制定相应政策与资金投入,加快妇女保健队伍建设与能力提升。
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the situation of human resources for maternal health care in Minhang District community health service institutions in 2016, and to provide basis for human resource allocation and construction. Methods:A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate and analyze the human resources for maternal health care in 13 community health service centers. Results:The human resources were up to the requirement.Less full time personnel,accounting for 5.8%.The personnel structure was not reasonable. The majority was low education and job title. Age over 50 years, accounting for 25%. The number of nursers and rural doctors, accounting for37.50%,32.14%. Conclusions:The government should attach great importance to the human resources of regional maternal health care,formulate appropriate policies and fundings to speed up the construction of maternal health staff and improve their ability.
