中文摘要: 目的 探讨骨科病房实施规范化护理对缓解患者疼痛及提高医院护理服务质量的作用。方法 随机选取医院骨科病房住院80例患者进行研究，并对实施规范化护理前后患者疼痛满意度进行评价。结果 实施规范化护理后，患者疼痛评分(3.67±1.10)分，明显低于对照组(5.74±2.16)分，t=7.63，P=0.00；患者对护理服务的满意度评分为(97.36±2.57)分，明显高于对照组(92.01±3.26)分，t=11.52，P=0.00。结论 实施规范化护理可有利于提高医院骨科病房护理服务质量，更好的缓解患者疼痛，赢得患者对护理服务的肯定。
Abstract:objective To explore the orthopedic ward to implement standardized nursing to alleviate the pain and improve the quality of hospital care services.Methods Randomly selected hospital orthopedic ward hospitalized 80 patients were studied, and the implementation of standardized nursing before and after the patient satisfaction evaluation of pain.Results (3.67±1.10) points were significantly lower than those in the control group (5.74±2.16), t=7.63 and P=0.00. The satisfaction rate of the patients was (97.36±2.57) , Significantly higher than the control group (92.01±3.26) points, t=11.52, P=0.00.Conclusion The implementation of standardized care can help improve the quality of hospital orthopedic care services, better relieve pain in patients with patients to win the affirmative of nursing services.
